Beyond work, I’m a proud plant mom, a DIY & craft queen, and a tech enthusiast, always exploring emerging technologies like AI. Most importantly, I cherish quality time with my loved ones

Nigeria birthed me, NYC nursed me, and now I live in DE because the no sales tax coerced me. I enjoy the mentorship from Agile coaches, implementation of Scrum framework, and the use of project management tools for technical skills development. Some of my hobbies are watching basketball, traveling, reading, handiwork, and learning languages & cultures.

I enjoy the opportunity to put to practice what I’ve learned in certificate programs in an environment where I can be mentored, take risks, be curious, and nurture the soft skills that often times are the deciding factor in employment amongst people with similar technical backgrounds. I love anything that keeps my mind sharp and reinforces habits that I want to see flourish later in life, hence hitting the gym/yoga, practicing Python, swing trading and all things skincare.

I appreciate the collaborative environment and growth opportunities the program provides. It fosters innovation, leadership, and strategic execution, allowing me to contribute meaningfully while expanding my expertise in Agile project management and event planning. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, exploring new places, finding new restaurants and reading. Shaneek is also the Founder of PMPro Connect, a consulting firm specializing in project management, operations, and event planning for small businesses, entrepreneurs, and organizations. Through PMPro Connect, she helps clients streamline processes, execute high-impact projects, and deliver exceptional event experiences

I enjoy the opportunity to enhance my skill set and learn from talented individuals. I also enjoy meeting new people and being part of a strong community. Some of my hobbies include working out, crocheting, watching basketball (especially South Carolina), enjoying horror movies, and spending time with family and friends.
